Find the dollars between your filed CAA report and your January invoice
You filed your supply report in May. On October 1, CAA published the California 2027 fee schedule that prices it (CAA 2027 schedule, Oct 1 2026), and your submitted lines times those rates are the invoice. EPRDesk recomputes your filed report line by line and shows the delta a corrected report would produce, while the 60-day self-correction window is still open (CAA Payment Policy v1.0, 30.06.2025).
All math runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored; the demo uses fictional data, labeled as demo.
The same pound of plastic is priced $0.12 or $0.26 depending on how precisely it was reported.

Recomputed in front of you — nothing uploads.
The whole audit runs in this page, in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is retained.
Start with the sanitized demo
Start with the sanitized demo: fictional materials and weights, labeled as demo, same math as the real run. When the flow makes sense, paste your own report; it stays in this browser.
Accepted input is the CAA supply data export (CSV), one row per reporting category. Columns: category code, weight (lb), plastic component weight (lb), units.
| Line | Reported category | Weight | Rate applied | Corrected category | Corrected rate | Δ |

Sanitized demo — fictional data. Rates: CA 2027 fee schedule, published 2026-10-01 — preliminary pending regulatory approval. Every dollar figure is an estimate.
What the desk checks
Six checks. Each one ties to a named line in CAA's own schedule or policies.
How a line is recomputed, and where every number comes from.
How a line is recomputed
- Paste or upload your submitted report (CSV/XLSX — parsed in browser).
- Every line is normalized to the CAA taxonomy.
- Each line is priced with the CA 2027 schedule, including PPMF weight and unit charges.
- Submitted invoice vs corrected invoice, per line, with the difference signed and totaled.

The Inaccurate Reporting Charge — up to $5,000 or the fees on the inaccurately reported materials, whichever is greater — has never publicly fired. We lead with the invoice delta because that is what you can verify today. Nothing here is legal advice.
All recomputation happens in your browser; nothing is uploaded, stored, or retained.
The response, already written.
The $749 audit adds a written, line-by-line artifact: for every finding, the submitted value, the corrected value, the rate applied, and the policy basis, exported as a PDF. If CAA issues a Correction Notice you have a maximum of 30 days to respond and 60 days from its issue date to file the Correction Form (CAA Reporting Policy v2.0, 04.06.2026); the artifact is that response, already written. It also documents the date you self-identified each finding, which is the event the 60-day safe harbor runs from (CAA Payment Policy v1.0, 30.06.2025).
Printed output contains only this panel. Currently showing the sanitized demo — fictional data.

Pricing
Per audit: you pay once per report year. There is no monthly tier and no monitoring retainer, because deadline tracking is already free elsewhere. This is the audit layer those trackers do not touch.
| Tier | Price | Includes | Request |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sanitized demo + own-report summary | $0 | totals + top finding; runs in browser | |
| Full audit — 2 statesThe product | $499 | Every finding with its math and its policy citation, ranked by dollars, with the 60-day clock on each (CAA Payment Policy v1.0, 30.06.2025). | |
| Full audit + written artifact | $749 | Everything above, plus the written line-by-line artifact for Correction Notice responses and auditor conversations (CAA Reporting Policy v2.0, 04.06.2026). | |
| Annual re-audit | $399–499 | Each October, when new schedules publish. New schedules publish every October and the new report year prices against them (the 2027 schedule published Oct 1 2026). You will want this one: last year's clean check says nothing about this year's rates. | |
| Additional state | $149 | Per state, per audit. Each state prices from its own published schedule; Oregon's program has been invoicing since 2026, with $167.9M collected from 2,909 producers in the first six months (Packaging Dive, 08.07.2026). |
No-findings guarantee: no delta above $1,000 on the audited report means the full audit fee is refunded.
No payment is processed in this prototype; the button captures a pilot request.
Questions we expect
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. The math runs in your browser and the report never leaves your machine; close the tab and it is gone. The only thing that leaves the page is the pilot-request form, if you choose to send it.
What if CAA already validated my report?
Validation and invoicing are separate tracks: the January invoice is computed from your submitted data whichever way validation went (CAA 2027 schedule, Oct 1 2026). Corrections still route through the process, and only one Adjustment is permitted per report year (CAA Reporting Policy v2.0, 04.06.2026), so the delta math stands on its own either way.
What if I find nothing?
Then you have a documented clean bill on a five-figure annual line item (mid-band estimate $5–50k/yr, derived from California averages, H&K 11.05.2026), and if no finding crosses $1,000, the $499 is refunded. Either outcome beats not knowing.
Does this replace my consultant?
No, and it is not advice. It is a self-audit desk: your consultant can work from the same findings and the same artifact if you keep them, and if you have no consultant, this is the layer between your spreadsheet and CAA's validators. It does not provide legal, tax, or regulatory advice.
Why now and not in January?
The January invoice is generated from your submitted data, so the cheapest time to change what it says is before it is issued. The safe harbor runs 60 days from discovery (CAA Payment Policy v1.0, 30.06.2025), which means a finding you discover in October is a correction you file in October, and a corrected 2026 baseline also removes the "large variances" flag from your 2027 validation (CAA Reporting Policy v2.0, 04.06.2026).
Are the rates final?
No. CAA states the 2027 California rates "remain preliminary pending regulatory approval of the California program plan and should be considered non-binding until that process is complete" (CAA 2027 schedule, Oct 1 2026). Every number on this page that uses them is labeled an estimate, and the desk re-prices when the final schedule publishes.
Run the demo first
It takes about a minute on fictional data and shows the whole flow: paste, reprice, delta, clock. If your own report then shows a delta over $1,000, the audit pays for itself; if it shows none, the audit is refunded.
